At Eccleston Mere, we value the physical and emotional wellbeing of our children. Some of our children elected to lead activities in role as a Forest Team Sport Captain. Their job is to encourage everyone to take part in sports and also to feedback to the school our results from competitions. Please see the Sports Competiton information below.
Our motto is 'Respectu omnium reminem' which means 'Respect all, fear none'.
Forest Sports Competition take place at lunchtimes with a focus on a different sport each half term. Some lunchtime activties include:
- dodgeball

- rugby
- basketball
- hockey
- foxes and tails
- bat and ball skills
- table tennis
We offer a wide range of after-school sports clubs, including:

- dance - cheerleading
- squash
- rugby
- judo
- athletics
- multi-skills
- gymnastics
